If you're looking for a Japanese onsen experience, this hotel is worth considering. the staff are friendly and helpful, making sure guests are comfortable and have proper arrangements for dinner reservations. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable tatami beds and large bathrooms. the hotel offers both indoor and outdoor onsens, beautiful and atmospheric, making for a relaxing stay. the only downside is that the outdoor onsen is a bit of a walk and could be chilly during winter. a great stay for those seeking an authentic onsen experience.

I had a truly amazing stay at this hotel during my recent trip. The Japanese-style onsen was beautiful, and I loved that it had both indoor and outdoor options to choose from. The hotel was kept very clean and had a great atmosphere that made me feel comfortable during my entire stay. Additionally, the staff were lovely and incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure that my trip was great. One staff member even drove me to town for dinner when the hotel wasn't able to accommodate me, which I really appreciated.
Nothing to dislike.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the hot springs inside the hotel, which were clean and relaxing. , the hotel's Tatami room had a traditional Japanese style that added to the experience. The staff was kind and helpful. the hotel's location was great, as it was near beautiful mountain scenery and offered a peaceful atmosphere.
The outdoor hot spring was a bit of a challenge to get to during winter, as it required a walk of around 200m outside on a mountain alley which made me feel cold after being in the hot water. It would have been better if there was a more convenient way to get there during winter.

The Japanese-style onsen hotel we stayed at during Easter was a real treat! We loved that it had both indoor and outdoor onsens, as it provided a unique and refreshing experience. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, even going so far as to arrange for our dinner plans in town on a busy holiday weekend. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with traditional tatami flooring, a large bathroom, and all the modern amenities we needed.
One thing we did notice was that the walk to the outdoor onsen outside was a bit chilly, especially during the winter months. However, the stunning mountain views more than made up for it. we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to immerse themselves in Japanese culture and relaxation.
