I had a truly amazing stay at this hotel during my recent trip. The Japanese-style onsen was beautiful, and I loved that it had both indoor and outdoor options to choose from. Additionally, the staff were lovely and incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure that my trip was great. One staff member even drove me to town for dinner when the hotel wasn't able to accommodate me, which I really appreciated.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the hot springs inside the hotel, which were clean and relaxing. , the hotel's Tatami room had a traditional Japanese style that added to the experience. The staff was kind and helpful. the hotel's location was great, as it was near beautiful mountain scenery and offered a peaceful atmosphere.

The outdoor hot spring was a bit of a challenge to get to during winter, as it required a walk of around 200m outside on a mountain alley which made me feel cold after being in the hot water. It would have been better if there was a more convenient way to get there during winter.
